垂直搅拌系统主要由五部分组成，即垂直搅拌器部分，冷却循环部分，吊车行走机构部分，水包支架和升降系统部分，爬梯操作平台部分。整套系统装在熔窑的卡脖位置，当搅拌器工作时，下部的搅拌叶片把玻璃液搅动成一个个涡流，这些涡流相互干涉、碰撞，进入成型区的玻璃液都经过垂直搅拌器的搅拌，从而使玻璃液的物理均匀性和化学均匀性都大大得到改善。起吊行走机构用于对垂直搅拌器安装、维修和保养。

     The vertical glass mixer is mainly composed of five parts which of them is “Vertical mixer units”,“Cold down cycle system”,“traveling units”,“support frame”,“lifting units”and“Operate platform”.The machine is Installed in the neck position of the furnace,when it works, the mixing blade will stir the glass liquid into many vortex, the vortex interaction, collision, and let the glass liquid flow through the vertical glass mixer,so that the physical and chemical uniformity of the glass liquid are greatly improved. The lifting and traveling units is used for installation, repair and maintenance of the vertical glass mixer.
